Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Senior Applied Value Engineer based in Bangalore, you will be a key member of the Value Engineering team, supporting the customer value lifecycle from adoption through expansion and renewal.
Your primary focus will be supporting Global Competency Centers (GCCs) across India and the broader APAC region during the Adopt and Expand phases of the customer journey. You will blend deep process and industry expertise with strong consulting and analytical skills to drive business transformation.
Key responsibilities include:
**Identify & Frame Value:** Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Build demos and business cases leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices. Conduct Value Assessments and Proof-of-Value projects, communicating value opportunities to C-level executives.
**Realize Value:** Facilitate business value workshops to identify and qualify process enhancement opportunities. Derive improvement measures across core business functions and initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives. Present results and realized value to senior management.
**Scale Value:** Build strategic expansion roadmaps for customers, embedding Celonis as a transformation platform to drive adoption and expansion. Provide feedback to product development teams based on new use cases.
You will collaborate with GCC customers to uncover core business challenges and determine how Celonis solutions address their objectives. You'll build strong customer relationships by acting as a trusted advisor, combining technical product expertise with business acumen. Additionally, you'll share customer insights with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence innovation, and create reusable collateral and best practices within the Global VE Center of Excellence.
