Salary: USD 161,500 - 190,000 / annual
Robinhood is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to join the Corporate Systems team, which maintains secure, reliable infrastructure supporting employees across the company. This role focuses on identity systems, endpoint device management, and cloud infrastructure, working closely with Security, IT, and Engineering partners.
You will manage and improve systems including Okta, Google Cloud, Google Workspace, and endpoint management platforms. Key responsibilities include designing and building automation tools for account and device lifecycle management, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting engineering teams with escalations. You'll write code and documentation following established engineering practices, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to enhance workflows.
The role requires 5+ years of experience as a Systems, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or related engineer. You should have hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices using modern endpoint management tools, proficiency in languages like Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell, and familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Gemini. A methodical problem-solving approach and ability to work independently or collaboratively are essential.
This is an in-office role based in Menlo Park with at least 3 days per week on-site attendance expected. Robinhood emphasizes in-person work to accelerate progress and strengthen team dynamics.
