Salary: USD 161,500 - 190,000 / annual
Robinhood's Corporate Systems team is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to manage and improve critical infrastructure supporting employees across the company. You will work closely with Security, IT, and Engineering partners to maintain secure, reliable systems focused on identity management, endpoint devices, and cloud infrastructure.
In this role, you will manage endpoint devices (macOS/Windows), identity systems, Okta, and Google Cloud infrastructure to ensure secure and reliable operations. You'll design and build tools based on internal requirements to improve system functionality and efficiency, develop automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle management processes, and support engineering teams by troubleshooting system issues and resolving escalations. You'll also review code, write clear documentation, and follow established engineering practices, leveraging AI-assisted development tools to enhance workflows.
You bring 5+ years of experience as a Systems, Site Reliability, Infrastructure, or related engineer. You have hands-on experience managing macOS or Windows devices using modern endpoint management tools, familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Gemini), and coding/scripting proficiency in Python, Swift, Go, Bash, or PowerShell. You approach problems methodically, work well independently or collaboratively, and focus on improving employee-facing systems.
