As a Senior Android Engineer, you will take full ownership of developing and maintaining voize's Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You'll own the complete development lifecycle—from concept through testing, launch, and iterating on user feedback. Working closely with product and engineering teams, you'll translate requirements into creative, efficient technical solutions that genuinely improve users' daily workflows.
Key responsibilities include architecting and implementing Android features, ensuring code quality through testing and CI/CD practices, and maintaining a keen focus on intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You'll leverage modern Android development patterns including Flow lifecycle and reactive operators to build robust, maintainable applications.
You bring several years of professional Android development experience with strong expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. You're proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks. You have a deep understanding of reactive programming patterns (Flow, operators) and a demonstrated ability to design interfaces that prioritize user experience. Business-fluent English (C2/bilingual level) is required for effective collaboration with the distributed team.
