As Senior Analyst, Reward, you will join a close-knit Reward team working cross-functionally with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and colleagues across the organization to drive data-informed people decisions.
Your mission is to deliver equitable, transparent, and market-competitive compensation and benefit programs that attract and retain top global talent. You will tackle exciting challenges including designing total reward dashboarding, leveraging compliant AI solutions, leading key annual review cycles, equity grants, and global market benchmarking. You will also play a pivotal role in advancing pay equity analysis, statutory gender pay gap reporting, and job architecture, directly reinforcing Trustpilot's commitment to an inclusive, transparent, and open-to-all workplace culture.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze market data to inform compensation and benefit decisions that enhance the ability to attract top talent across countries where the business operates
- Stay up to date with market trends and legislation to identify risks and opportunities
- Support and lead activities required to deliver well-communicated and accurate annual salary reviews, bonus calculations, equity grants, benefits windows, and promotion cycles
- Partner with Finance on budget modeling, cost analysis, and scenario planning
- Support the design of new or updated benefits, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives
- Run regular pay equity analysis and support statutory gender pay gap reporting (EU, UK, and other applicable countries)
- Ensure reward practices comply with relevant employment and pay transparency regulations
- Maintain job architecture, leveling, and job evaluation consistency across the organization
- Build and maintain dashboarding to give leadership visibility on reward health
- Provide robust analysis on key reward topics (share dilution, range penetration, pay mix)
- Utilize AI in a compliant way to deliver efficient solutions
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on reward topics to understand business needs and provide data and expert advice for people decisions
- Create and communicate clear, user-friendly total reward communications and educational materials (ad hoc communications, cyclical communications, benefits communications, and total reward statements)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a reward role or associated discipline
- In-depth knowledge of key reward and HRIS processes and concepts
- Expertise working with people data and people systems/HRIS (currently Sage HR)
- Advanced spreadsheet skills with the ability to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear, concise manner
- Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate cross-functionally
- Ability to work autonomously and learn new skills and concepts rapidly
