Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Proposals & Capture team, which drives the company's growth engine by developing and delivering major proposals to win new defense contracts. You will be the primary writer and project coordinator supporting Anduril's Advanced Effects Business Line, working with the Barracuda and Roadrunner product teams.
In this role, you will spend the majority of your time crafting compelling narratives, technical documents, and proposals that translate cutting-edge defense capabilities into winning customer submissions. You will partner across business development, engineering, program management, legal, and finance teams to execute capture strategies, develop pricing models, and manage proposal infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include: writing and editing proposal narratives and white papers; coordinating content development across multiple stakeholders; developing familiarity with AE product portfolios to accurately represent capabilities; maintaining proposal management systems (Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack); conducting data collection for past performance, resumes, and graphics; supporting process improvements; and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy. You will also support classified proposal efforts, handling sensitive materials in accordance with security protocols.
You must have 2-3 years of government or defense contracting experience (not necessarily in proposals—finance, engineering, project management, or contracting roles count). You need strong writing and critical analysis skills, the ability to synthesize complex information into coherent narratives, and solid project management capabilities. Familiarity with cost accounting, pricing methodologies, and Excel is essential. You should be comfortable engaging across disciplines including design, engineering, supply chain, and finance. U.S. Person status is required.
