Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Proposal and Capture team supporting the Frontier Systems Division. This role sits at the heart of Anduril's growth engine, working with stakeholders across business lines, legal, finance, engineering, program management, and executive teams to develop and deliver major proposals that win new business.
You will be a core operator responsible for translating Anduril's advanced technologies—including radar, RF systems, EO/IR, and defeat systems—into compelling, winning proposals. Your daily work will span technical writing, brief preparation, CRM management, pricing analysis, and editing. You'll construct narratives and compliant documents that drive business growth, support managers in pursuing long-term opportunities, and execute capture and pricing strategies through proposals, white papers, and customer-facing materials.
Key responsibilities include: developing and curating content libraries of prose, briefs, and graphics; coordinating with engineering teams to accurately represent technology to potential customers; managing deal and proposal infrastructure (Salesforce, SharePoint, Slack); conducting data collection for past performance, resumes, and graphics; coordinating approvals and reviews across teams; and supporting process improvement initiatives.
Required qualifications: 3–5 years in government or defense contracting (not necessarily in proposals—finance, engineering, project management, or contracting roles count). You must demonstrate familiarity with cost accounting principles, pricing methodologies, and Excel; possess excellent writing and critical analysis skills; synthesize large amounts of information into coherent narratives; manage competing priorities effectively; and engage comfortably across disciplines including design, engineering, program management, supply chain, and finance.
U.S. Person status is required with active SECRET Clearance; willingness to work in classified environments is mandatory, with TOP SECRET Clearance preferred.
