Salary: USD 72,000 - 108,000 / annual
Evidence Solutions is a global healthcare market access consultancy helping pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies navigate product access, pricing, reimbursement, contracting, formulary inclusion, and value positioning challenges.
You will join as a Senior Analyst contributing to the development and delivery of client engagements across market access and commercial strategy projects. You will work on multiple engagements simultaneously, gaining exposure to diverse therapeutic areas, products, and client challenges.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as a key contributor across multiple client projects
- Conduct and synthesize primary and secondary research to address client business questions
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, insights, and strategic implications
- Develop client-ready PowerPoint presentations and written deliverables
- Participate in internal brainstorming sessions and strategy development discussions
- Contribute to client meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support business development initiatives, thought leadership activities, and practice-building efforts
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when appropriate
- Support the design and execution of research methodologies aligned with client objectives
- Lead or support primary research activities, including stakeholder interviews and market assessments
- Conduct comprehensive secondary research and competitive intelligence analyses
- Manage select project workstreams and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Participate in client communications, including project status updates and presentation delivery
- Escalate critical issues and emerging insights to maintain project alignment and quality
As your experience grows, you will take on increasing responsibility for client interaction, project execution, and mentoring junior team members. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy solving complex problems, conducting rigorous research, and translating insights into impactful client recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Required:
- Master's degree, PhD, PharmD, MPH, MBA, or other advanced degree in a scientific, healthcare, economic, or business-related field OR Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, market access, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated interest in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed
Preferred:
- Understanding of the U.S. healthcare and reimbursement landscape
- Experience evaluating and interpreting clinical and market research data
- Previous experience developing client-facing presentations and recommendations
- Consulting, market access, health economics, or commercial strategy experience
