Wiz is a rapidly growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. The company recently became part of Google, combining its security expertise with Google's threat intelligence and security operations capabilities.
The GTM Systems team is seeking a Senior Analyst to serve as a strategic technology partner for the Customer Engineering organization. This role bridges systems strategy with go-to-market execution, supporting one of Wiz's most technical GTM teams as they scale their customer impact.
In this position, you will own the systems strategy and roadmap that enables efficient, customer-focused processes for the Customer Engineering team. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to understand pain points and prioritize technology initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing systems project lifecycles from intake through completion, coordinating across GTM, IT, Procurement, BI, Product, and Development teams
- Pairing GTM strategy with scalable technology solutions to ensure best-in-class teams have best-in-class tools
- Balancing near-term operational needs ("keeping the lights on") with longer-term AI-driven innovation
- Removing silos across GTM teams by identifying shared functionality and applying role-based context to existing systems
- Establishing yourself as a key resource for best practices and industry standards in scaling through technology
- Communicating effectively with both senior stakeholders (polished summaries) and individual contributors (detailed problem-solving)
You'll foster strong cross-functional relationships, prioritize high-impact initiatives, and drive continuous improvement in the GTM technology ecosystem.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 4 years of success in Program Management, Product Management, or Business Systems roles
- Proven experience managing GTM systems strategy, with focus on optimizing systems and processes tied to Salesforce, BI, and agentic tools
- Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset with demonstrated experience documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing structured projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to create polished summaries for senior stakeholders while engaging deeply with individual contributors
**Preferred qualifications:**
- Strong familiarity with Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering workflows (proofs of value, customer workshops, handoffs to technical account managers)
- Willingness to co-design revenue systems in partnership with business and engineering teams
- Personal passion for revenue technology and maximizing productivity, with empathy for internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to balance strategic and tactical execution and discern which approach fits each situation
- Capacity to manage ambiguity, balance immediate needs with future vision, and resourcefully build processes for complex systems
