Homebase is seeking a Senior Analyst to support its Go-to-Market organization. You will own analytics across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Support, connecting data systems to provide a unified view of business performance and enabling teams to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and maintain the data and reporting infrastructure that integrates the entire GTM funnel (marketing, product, sales, customer experience) into a single trusted source of truth, covering pipeline health, campaign performance, and customer support metrics
- Define and maintain a consistent metric framework in partnership with GTM leadership to evaluate ROI by motion and channel, identifying which programs drive results
- Build scalable self-serve tools using agentic BI, natural language interfaces, and AI agent skills to empower teams and executives to track performance independently without ad hoc requests
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities by spotting gaps, trends, and quality signals before they impact leadership decisions
- Translate complex analyses into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive decisions on headcount, investment, and strategy
- Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data integrity, tracking accuracy, and complete instrumentation as new GTM motions launch
You will spend time with GTM teams to understand what drives growth and success, then decide what's worth building. You'll be a builder of AI-powered systems and tools that solve real problems at speed. The role emphasizes both technical depth and business acumen—knowing which questions matter as much as how to answer them.

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of analytics experience with demonstrated ability to model and measure business impact
- Proven ability to build and maintain AI-powered reporting and insights systems, including defining instrumentation, structuring data, and maintaining context for AI agents to reason over reliably

- Advanced SQL skills; AI-assisted proficiency in Python and R; experience with modern analytics and data stacks (Salesforce, dbt, Databricks, Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
- Cross-functional experience working with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Finance in high-growth SaaS or subscription environments
- Exceptional communication and storytelling ability; able to translate complex pipeline and revenue data into clear, executive-ready narratives that drive decisions
