Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 / annual
FlixBus is seeking a Senior Airport Partnership Manager to define, build, and scale airport partnerships across North America. This is a strategic business development role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for airport authorities, regulators, and commercial partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive development and expansion of airport partnerships across North America, serving as the primary stakeholder contact for airport authorities and regulators to secure long-term collaboration
- Coordinate stakeholders across supply and demand sides, with focus on building and scaling sustainable airport business lines
- Lead airport tenders end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Drive airport capability building by working cross-functionally to define requirements, contribute to business cases, and support implementation
- Prepare strategic recommendations and decision materials for airport expansions while serving as the subject matter expert for airport-related topics across the region
You bring 5+ years of proven track record in business development, key account management, or partnership management, ideally in aviation, mobility, infrastructure, or regulated industries. You have strong experience in stakeholder management and commercial negotiations, with the ability to influence senior external partners such as airport authorities. Experience working in international and cross-functional environments with exposure to the North American market is valued. You demonstrate strong analytical and structuring skills with an evidence-based approach, able to navigate ambiguous and complex topics with entrepreneurial spirit. You have a hands-on value delivery mindset with excellent time and priority management, driving milestones, removing blockers, and owning outcomes in a fast-paced agile environment.
