Salary: USD 110,000 - 135,000 / annual
FlixBus is seeking a Senior Airport Partnership Manager to define, build, and scale airport partnerships across North America. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for airport authorities, regulators, and commercial partners, owning the full lifecycle of airport partnerships from strategic planning and stakeholder engagement through contract structuring, negotiation, and long-term capability building.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drive development and expansion of airport partnerships across North America, serving as primary contact for airport authorities, regulators, and commercial partners to secure long-term collaboration
- Coordinate stakeholders across supply and demand with focus on building and scaling sustainable airport business lines
- Lead airport tenders end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contract finalization
- Drive airport capability building by working cross-functionally to define requirements, contribute to business cases, and support implementation
- Prepare strategic recommendations and decision materials for airport expansions while serving as subject matter expert for airport-related topics across the region
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven track record in business development, key account management, or partnership management, ideally in aviation, mobility, infrastructure, or regulated industries
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and commercial negotiations with ability to influence senior external partners such as airport authorities
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments, ideally with exposure to the North American market
- Strong analytical and structuring skills with evidence-based approach to work; ability to navigate ambiguous and complex topics with entrepreneurial spirit
- Hands-on value delivery mindset with excellent time and priority management, driving milestones, removing blockers, and owning outcomes in fast-paced agile environment
