Doctolib is transforming into an AI-native company and seeks a Senior AI Specialist to lead AI-powered productivity initiatives for Operations and Customer Success teams. You will own AI workflows end-to-end, from agent design and context curation to evaluation and continuous optimization, working in founder mode to move operations from manual case-by-case work toward largely autonomous, high-quality workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and redesign critical Operations and Customer Success workflows, identifying time-consuming processes suitable for AI automation while maintaining quality standards.
- Build and operate AI agents as products on platforms such as Dust or Claude, deploying to production with defined baselines and metrics (benefit, usage, scalability).
- Curate knowledge and context for agents, managing data sources in Confluence, Drive, and Salesforce with a quality-over-quantity approach.
- Define quality standards and establish evaluation routines to identify and address issues like hallucinations and prompt drift; optimize prompts through systematic feedback and A/B testing.
- Own CRM and data integrations, particularly Salesforce interfaces with AI platforms; automate data flows and unlock new data sources for agents.
- Serve as central interface between Leadership, IT, and Product teams; translate business requirements into technical solutions and strengthen team AI fluency.
- Measure success using existing metrics (time, quality, cost) rather than inventing new KPIs; use insights to guide scaling decisions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Learning speed and production mindset: demonstrated ability to teach yourself new technical fields and build real products used by people; precise understanding of failure modes (hallucinations, prompt drift, outdated data, costs) and solutions.
- Strong evaluation instinct: define quality bars and measure against them; understand that automation and quality are inseparable.
- End-to-end ownership: comfortable with ambiguity, rigorous prioritization, and ability to make technical topics understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical and data understanding: ability to read and adapt scripts, understand APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier); knowledge of how CRM data (ideally Salesforce) flows into AI systems.
- Fluent English; German at B1 level sufficient.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Practical experience with agent platforms such as Dust, Claude, or LangChain (process understanding and evaluation skills valued over tool-specific expertise).
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript; confident navigation of Salesforce architectures and BI environments (Tableau, Metabase).
- Solid experience with scaled Customer Success or Operations teams and their dynamics.
Note: The company explicitly prioritizes potential and learning ability over years of experience alone, recognizing that production-ready AI workflows are still relatively new.
