Glow is transforming enterprise endpoint security with an agentic-first platform that gives security teams autonomous visibility, context, and remediation capabilities across endpoints, applications, and AI tools. As a Senior AI Engineer, you will own the intelligent decision-making pipelines that convert complex workspace telemetry into autonomous security actions. You'll design, build, and deploy autonomous reasoning workflows and advanced data classification systems that drive Glow's preventive security model. The role focuses on creating production-grade AI systems capable of deep policy comprehension, real-time prevention, and autonomous risk remediation. Key responsibilities include: - End-to-end ownership of AI capabilities from research and architectural design through production deployment, optimization, and monitoring - Architecting multi-step AI agents that autonomously investigate workspace risks, interpret enterprise policies, and execute precise remediation actions - Implementing diverse ML models across the research and product pipeline, including clustering, text extraction, document analysis, and tabular data classification - Building high-throughput, resilient, fault-tolerant production code with enterprise-grade scalability - Developing continuous evaluation frameworks to benchmark agent accuracy, mitigate hallucinations, and enforce data security and privacy guardrails You should bring deep experience with LLMs and the modern agentic stack (LangGraph, AutoGPT patterns, tool-calling, orchestration). You're a coder first—comfortable navigating large codebases, understanding backend services, and writing production-grade code. You're product-driven, choosing the right tool based on user impact rather than complexity. Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with experience interfacing with Postgres and ClickHouse is essential. You care about version control, testing, and CI/CD, treating prompts and model configurations with engineering discipline. You thrive in fast-moving environments, embrace ambiguity, and take ownership with accountability. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Math, Statistics, or equivalent practical experience in high-growth AI environments is required. Full professional fluency in Hebrew and English is mandatory.
