Trustpilot is a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company operating the world's largest open customer review platform. In this Senior Agency Partner Manager role based in London, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with digital and ecommerce agencies to drive revenue growth and extend Trustpilot's market reach.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to agency partners, developing long-term relationships and success plans that maximize value from Trustpilot's products. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new agency partnerships, presenting Trustpilot's value proposition to prospects, managing ongoing partner relationships, and supporting both partners and their clients. You will collaborate closely with marketing and internal stakeholders to create pipeline-building activities and events, while being accountable for achieving established revenue targets through partner development and education.
The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in ecommerce, online marketing, or SaaS environments, with a proven track record of building and maintaining agency partnerships. You should be commercially driven with a consistent history of meeting and exceeding targets. Strong understanding of the ecommerce and SaaS landscape is essential, with knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem a bonus. You must be an effective communicator and presenter, capable of engaging stakeholders from account managers to agency executives. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with marketing teams on joint partner propositions and programs is important, as is skill in managing relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, 2 days remote) with a competitive base salary, uncapped commission structure, and company bonus.
