Okta is seeking a Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions leveraging Adobe's Experience Cloud platform. You will lead the architecture and implementation of custom solutions across Adobe Experience Manager, Content Management, Assets, Multi-Site Management, and Cloud Manager. This role requires deep technical expertise in AEM and the broader Adobe tech stack, combined with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, architecture, and business teams. Key responsibilities include: • Solution Design & Development: Lead development and implementation of custom solutions and integrations within Adobe Experience Cloud, including content management systems, digital assets, and multi-site deployments. • Architecture & Scalability: Design and build scalable, high-performance systems that meet business requirements and technical specifications. • Integration & Optimization: Develop and maintain integrations between Adobe Experience Cloud products and internal or third-party systems. Optimize existing systems for performance and reliability. • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions. • Agile Development: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within agile delivery frameworks. • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for deployed solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of defects and performance problems. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, development processes, and system configurations. Required qualifications: BS in Computer Science or related technical degree with 3+ years of technology experience. Deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is required. Strong proficiency in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (preferably with Single Page Application experience), and RESTful web services. Solid understanding of Day CQ/Adobe AEM foundational concepts, Apache Sling, Apache Felix, templates, components, dialogs, and the AEM development and deployment lifecycle.
