You will join Lion Studios, Tripledot's mobile games publisher (headquartered in San Francisco), as a Senior Ad Monetisation Analyst. Since 2018, Lion Studios has driven 90% of its games to the Top 10 in the App Store and Google Play, with 16 games reaching #1 on the US App Store's Top Free chart.
In this role, you will own the ad monetisation strategy for a diverse portfolio of games, from prototype phase through full launch. You will build and optimize ad waterfalls, manage monetisation setups, and conduct A/B tests to drive continuous performance improvements. Key responsibilities include:
• Own ad monetisation strategy across the game portfolio, building and optimizing setups to maximize revenue
• Design and execute monetisation-related product decisions
• Lead integration, testing, and rollout of new monetisation partners
• Manage relationships with ad providers and serve as primary technical contact for escalations and troubleshooting
• Propose and drive new monetization initiatives, partnering with engineering to scope and build solutions
• Track eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, and other core KPIs; report insights to Product, UA, and leadership
• Design and analyze A/B tests with statistical rigor
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and User Acquisition teams to enhance workflows and drive efficiency
• Foster strong relationships with external ad partners to secure optimal deals
The role is hybrid based in Barcelona with flexibility for 20 days of remote work annually.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years of experience in ad monetisation within gaming
• Hands-on experience with MAX mediation platform
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
• Self-sufficient and autonomous; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-changing environment
• Knowledge of Looker for analytics and reporting (preferred)
