As Senior Ad Monetisation Analyst, you will own the ad monetisation strategy for a diverse portfolio of games, from prototype through full launch. You'll build and optimize ad waterfalls, manage all ad monetisation setups, and run A/B tests to drive continuous performance improvements. The role requires you to generate and test new monetisation innovations while fostering strong relationships with external ad network partners to secure optimal deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning ad monetisation strategy across the game portfolio to maximize revenue
- Designing and executing monetisation-related product decisions
- Leading integration, testing, and rollout of new monetisation partners
- Managing relationships with ad providers and serving as primary technical contact for escalations and troubleshooting
- Proposing and driving new monetisation initiatives in partnership with engineering
- Tracking core KPIs (eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU) and reporting insights to Product, UA, and leadership
- Designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor
- Collaborating with Product, QA, and User Acquisition teams to enhance workflows and drive efficiency

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in ad monetisation within gaming
- Hands-on experience with MAX mediation platform
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
- Self-sufficient and autonomous, capable of managing multiple projects in fast-changing environments
- Knowledge of Looker for analytics and reporting (preferred)
