This role sits within Lion Studios, Tripledot's San Francisco-headquartered mobile games publisher that has driven 90% of its games to the Top 10 in the App Store and Google Play since 2018.
As Senior Ad Monetisation Analyst, you will own the ad monetisation strategy for a diverse portfolio of games, from prototype through full launch. You'll build and optimize ad waterfalls, manage all ad monetisation setups, and conduct rigorous A/B testing to drive continuous performance improvements. A core responsibility is generating and testing new monetisation innovations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning ad monetisation strategy for a game portfolio; building, optimizing, and managing setups to maximize revenue
- Designing and executing monetisation-related product decisions
- Leading integration, testing, and rollout of new monetisation partners
- Managing relationships with ad providers and serving as primary technical contact for troubleshooting and escalations
- Proposing and driving new monetization initiatives in partnership with engineering
- Tracking eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, and other core KPIs; reporting insights to Product, UA, and leadership
- Designing and reading A/B tests with statistical rigor
- Collaborating with Product, QA, and User Acquisition teams to enhance workflows and drive efficiency
You will work closely with product and growth teams internally to ensure cohesive strategy and foster strong relationships with external ad partners to secure optimal deals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in ad monetisation in gaming
- Hands-on experience with MAX mediation platform
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tools, dashboards, and analytical frameworks
- Self-sufficient and autonomous; able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-changing environment
- Knowledge of Looker for analytics and reporting (preferred)
