As Senior Accountant, you will own the monthly close process and maintain accurate, timely, audit-ready books as the company scales its multi-entity operations and matures its financial controls. Reporting to the Sr. Accounting Manager, you will work closely with the Finance team and cross-functional organization.
Key responsibilities include: leading the global monthly close process with journal entries, account reconciliations, supporting schedules, and variance analysis while standardizing across entities; establishing scalable intercompany accounting processes and reporting for the growing multi-entity structure; exercising judgment over owned areas including vendor spend, accruals, capitalization, and leases; approaching problems from first principles to drive continuous improvement and automation that accelerates the close and enhances accuracy and scalability; and maintaining audit-ready deliverables with clear documentation and prompt responses to external audit requests.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience at a public or high-growth tech company
- Hands-on experience owning full-cycle month-end close with strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Proven ability to manage account reconciliations independently with sharp eye for identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Experience and comfort with international, multi-entity, and multi-currency accounting
- Confident and direct communicator who partners well across Finance and the business
- Self-starter who takes ownership, remains calm under pressure, embraces change, and brings continuous-improvement mindset
- Proficiency with modern accounting tech-stack tools, including Excel
NICE TO HAVES:
- CPA or CPA-track
- Big Four public accounting experience
- Experience with Rillet or similar ERP/close-management tools
