Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 / annual
Mesh is building infrastructure for crypto payments and tokenized assets, enabling consumers to pay and be paid with any asset. The company is backed by leading investors including SBI, Money Forward, Paradigm, Dragonfly, Galaxy, and PayPal Ventures.
In this role, you will own the complete accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions end-to-end. You will manage subledgers, reconciliations, and collections to ensure customers are billed correctly and pay on time, with your portion of the close completed and reconciled in the first week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own AP: bill processing with a part-time AP processor, weekly payment run approvals, AP reconciliation to Bill.com aging, and cleanup of aged and negative items
- Own cash & crypto: monthly reconciliations for every bank and wallet, Bill.com clearing account and restricted cash, and cash application for wire and stablecoin receipts
- Own AR: invoicing with billing data from FinOps, AR tie-out, customer statements, and DSO tracking
- Run the purchase order process: match POs to bills in Bill.com, hold bills above threshold without POs, and track open POs and committed spend for close
- Run collections under receivables SLA: follow-up, escalation to account owners, and reserves for balances over 60 days
- Reconcile company cards and review transaction coding as card feeds are automated
- Reconcile crypto accounts using statements from Treasury
- Own audit requests for AP, AR, cash, and crypto
- Supervise the AP processor and protect vendor master data

REQUIREMENTS:
- CPA or CPA track with 4–8 years of experience across public accounting and industry
- Hands-on subledger and reconciliation experience in NetSuite
- Collections experience with direct, professional customer communication skills
- Bill.com experience and multi-entity exposure
