You will own the complete sales cycle for high-value B2B SaaS contracts across Europe, from prospecting and lead qualification through platform demonstrations to closing deals. Your responsibilities include developing and executing strategic territory plans across Europe to generate outbound pipeline and hit annual growth targets. You will build trust-based relationships with prospective clients and internal stakeholders, understanding their core business challenges and positioning Kpler's solutions as the answer. You'll collaborate closely with global Sales, Product, and Market Analysis teams to share market feedback and help refine Kpler's offerings. Accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting are critical—you'll maintain meticulous records to deliver reliable monthly and annual pipeline forecasts to sales leadership. A key focus is proactively targeting new opportunities across EMEA with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition and expanding Kpler's European market footprint. The company is committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming people of different backgrounds and perspectives. **Requirements:** Must-haves: - Demonstrated experience as an Account Executive selling B2B SaaS, data, or technology solutions - 7+ years of commercial sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets - Proactive 'hunter' mindset with proven experience driving outbound prospecting and securing new logos - Fluency in English with exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Nice-to-haves: - Prior experience or domain knowledge in maritime, commodities, or energy markets - Fluency in French, German, or additional European languages - Hands-on experience with modern sales tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
