Salary: USD 130,000 - 160,000 / annual
Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy-first platform to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. As Senior 3PL Strategy & Relationship Manager, you will architect and manage Crusoe's third-party logistics network as the company scales rapidly across complex geographic footprints.
You will transform logistics from a reactive operational model to a proactive, centralized strategy. Key responsibilities include designing a regionalized and centralized 3PL warehousing network to buffer supply chain shortages and optimize lead times for data center deployments; partnering with Finance and Tax teams to ensure warehousing strategies account for project-based funding models and localized sales/use tax implications; establishing frameworks to identify fungible versus site-specific inventory and creating dynamic redeployment strategies; moving beyond transactional relationships to establish robust SLAs, QBRs, and performance dashboards with logistics partners; and acting as the strategic link between Product, Supply Chain Planning, Engineering, and Finance to translate infrastructure roadmaps into warehousing requirements.
You bring 5+ years of strategic logistics, supply chain management, or 3PL relationship management experience, ideally in capital-intensive tech infrastructure (data centers, cloud, telecom, or energy). You have strong foundational understanding of how logistics networks impact corporate accounting, project-based funding, inventory asset holding costs, and sales/use tax implications. You have a proven track record transforming decentralized, reactive warehouse footprints into centralized, data-driven inventory hubs. You have experience taking high-cost third-party logistics or customs processes and successfully building those capabilities in-house. You possess deep understanding of material planning, lead time management, and fungible inventory strategies in high-shortage environments. You are comfortable with modern ERPs, Warehouse Management Systems, and data visualization tools.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Denver, Colorado.
