Scopely, a leading mobile games publisher behind titles like MONOPOLY GO! and Pokémon GO, is hiring Senior 2D Marketing Artists for its in-house creative agency, Flamed, based in Bangalore. You will be part of a Production Pod responsible for creating high-quality marketing assets for some of the world's top mobile games.
In this role, you will produce static visuals including ads, store assets, and social media posts following established pipelines and templates. Your responsibilities include executing AI-generated visuals through paintovers, compositing, and final layout refinement; using 2D tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to assemble polished visuals with clean lighting, retouching, and compositional balance; and learning 3D tools like Blender/Maya to create solid baselines for artwork. You will participate in performance-based iteration cycles, delivering updated versions based on KPIs and creative performance metrics. Collaboration is key—you'll work with Lead Artists to deliver top-notch creatives that reflect brand identity and production benchmarks, ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines, and collaborate with artists and teams across Barcelona and other locations to maintain visual alignment and timely delivery. You'll maintain precise tracking through internal workflow tools and occasionally participate in creative brainstorms.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or production art roles, ideally in gaming or entertainment
- Strong portfolio showcasing execution-heavy marketing art, including AI-generated visuals and high-quality compositions
- Strong 2D design fundamentals to create polished visuals with clean compositions, refined retouching, and strong compositional balance
- Proven skills with AI generation tools (Nano Banana, Flux, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Understanding of visual fundamentals: layout, color, lighting, and storytelling
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently within fast-paced production timelines
- Fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders across international locations and time zones
BONUS SKILLS:
- Experience with UA or ASO asset production
- 3D production tools knowledge
- Familiarity with AI art pipelines, prompt writing, and image refinement tools
- Experience using production tracking systems and collaborative project tools
