As Security Engineer, you will own Greptile's security posture across product, infrastructure, and internal systems. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant scope and autonomy. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing secure product and infrastructure improvements - Consulting on risky code changes and critical architecture decisions - Managing the bug bounty program and coordinating vulnerability response - Fixing pentest findings and patching reported vulnerabilities - Working directly with engineers to embed security into the development process rather than treating it as a final review step - Evaluating vulnerabilities and technical tradeoffs with strong judgment The role requires deep expertise across application, infrastructure, and cloud security. You'll work with a small, talent-dense team of engineers who have scaled critical functions at Stripe, Google, and Figma.
