The Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst owns the execution of compliance, customer assurance, risk management, and audit-support activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining the internal risk register and Drata compliance platform by updating control evidence, tracking remediation activities, maintaining audit records, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits aligned with security policies and audit requirements.
• Supporting Revenue teams with prospective and existing customer engagements by coordinating and completing security and compliance sections of RFIs, customer security questionnaires, and annual internal and customer risk assessments.
• Participating in customer calls to clarify the organization's documented security and compliance posture and coordinating follow-up actions with relevant internal owners.
• Using Behavox AI tooling to automate and accelerate approved compliance and customer-assurance workflows while validating outputs against authoritative internal sources.
• Applying ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification knowledge to evidence assessment, control testing support, audit preparation, and documentation of findings under defined audit methodologies.
The role requires expertise in customer security assurance (due diligence, RFIs, security questionnaires, risk assessments), information security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001), audit methodology and evidence standards, and risk and remediation governance. A minimum ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification is required.
This is a hybrid role based in Ottawa with 1 day per week in office, with remote work opportunities available for candidates residing 100+ km from Toronto or Montreal offices.
