The Security Compliance & Customer Assurance Analyst owns the execution of compliance, customer assurance, risk management, and audit-support activities. Key responsibilities include:
• Maintain the internal risk register and Drata compliance platform by updating control evidence, tracking remediation activities, maintaining audit records, and preparing documentation for internal and external audits aligned with security policies and audit requirements.
• Support Revenue teams in prospective and existing customer engagements by coordinating and completing security and compliance sections of RFIs, customer security questionnaires, and annual internal and customer risk assessments.
• Participate in customer calls to clarify the organization's documented security and compliance posture and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant internal owners.
• Apply proficiency in Behavox AI tooling to automate and accelerate approved compliance and customer-assurance workflows while validating outputs against authoritative internal sources.
• Leverage ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification to support evidence assessment, control testing, audit preparation, and documentation of findings under defined audit methodologies.
The role requires a minimum ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification and relevant experience supporting compliance and audit activities. Candidates should be proficient in customer due diligence, RFIs, security questionnaires, and risk assessments; understand SOC 2, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001 frameworks; and demonstrate knowledge of audit methodology, evidence standards, and risk/remediation governance.
This is a hybrid role based in Montreal with flexibility to work remotely if you reside 100+ km from the Toronto or Montreal office.
