Chainguard is seeking a Security Analyst to strengthen customer trust and scale security work through automation. The role combines security assurance operations with the maintenance and governance of AI agents used by the Governance and Trust function. You will maintain the accuracy, currency, and accessibility of security information shared with customers. This includes managing internal response corpora for security questionnaires, keeping Trust Center content and go-to-market materials current, maintaining customer-facing security artifacts used in sales, and ensuring security documentation reflects current products, practices, and architecture. You will establish repeatable processes for reviewing, updating, versioning, and publishing assurance content, and identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated information before materials reach customers. You will also maintain and update AI agents used by the Governance and Trust function. This involves auditing agents regularly for accuracy, quality, reliability, and drift; refreshing agent instructions, prompts, and reference content as requirements change; helping define practical standards for maintaining AI-enabled workflows in security and governance contexts; documenting agent behavior, changes, and known limitations; and partnering with stakeholders to improve the reliability and usefulness of AI-assisted security work. This is an analyst role for someone detail-oriented, comfortable with security and customer-facing content, and energized by practical AI applications in security operations. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with strong judgment and a continuous-improvement mindset. Chainguard delivers hardened, secure, production-ready builds of open source software and serves Fortune 500 enterprises and global industry leaders including OpenAI, Snap Inc., and Snowflake. The company is venture-backed by leading investors including Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins, and Spark Capital.
