Workist is seeking an experienced SAP SD developer/consultant to join the Solution Engineering team. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between Workist's AI platform and customer ERP systems, primarily SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments.
You will own the SAP integration side of Workist's platform, working directly with customers throughout their journey from initial technical workshops through go-live and ongoing support. Your responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and customizing SAP integrations; running and managing customer implementation projects; serving as the technical counterpart to ensure software compatibility with existing SAP landscapes and data protection compliance; and collaborating closely with the Product & Engineering team to align integrations with the product roadmap.
Key qualifications include at least 3 years of professional experience as an SAP developer or consultant, proficiency in ABAP and ABAP Objects with experience building both reports and complete packages, and confidence with API technologies such as OData and REST. You should be comfortable navigating SE80 and have an AI-first mindset with genuine interest in leveraging AI to solve valuable business problems. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, along with a commitment to continuous learning and independent decision-making.
Desirable skills include experience with Python, OData service development, or SAP BTP. Fluent German and English (C1 level minimum) are required.
