Parloa is a conversational AI platform that has powered over one billion customer interactions for enterprise brands including Booking.com, Allianz, SAP, and TUI. The company is building the next generation of customer experience through agentic AI.
As an SAP Integration Architect in Parloa's SAP Center of Excellence, you will architect and deploy technical integrations between Parloa's conversational AI platform and the SAP ecosystem. This is a hybrid role based in Berlin or Munich with flexibility to work remotely within Germany.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and architect SAP integration and orchestration solutions spanning Parloa's AI platform, cloud and on-premise SAP estates, and non-SAP applications
- Drive full project lifecycle delivery (discovery, build, test, go-live) implementing integrations and automation workflows on SAP BTP (Integration Suite, SAP CI, Event Mesh, API Management) and legacy platforms like SAP PI/PO
- Apply deep hands-on expertise in SAP OData and REST APIs, SOAP WebServices, RFCs/BAPIs, ALE/IDocs, including extensibility, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Leverage foundational SAP Business AI knowledge (SAP AI Core, Launchpad, Joule agents) to support AI-powered integration scenarios
- Lead customer discovery workshops and architecture discussions as the trusted SAP integration expert
- Collaborate with Agent Architects and Field Delivery Engineers to provide technical guidance
- Contribute to building Parloa's global SAP delivery practice by creating reference architectures, accelerators, and playbooks
You bring 5+ years of hands-on SAP integration development and architecture experience, including technical consulting and delivery in live enterprise environments. You have strong expertise with SAP BTP Integration Suite, foundational ABAP knowledge, and solid Groovy scripting skills. You have consulting or advisory experience guiding enterprise customers through solution discovery and implementation. You are entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and comfortable traveling for key customer moments. Fluent business English and German are required.
