You will own the architecture and development of Salesforce and its adjacent GTM integrations including LeanData, Chili Piper, HubSpot, Gong, and Stripe. This is a technical leadership role where you'll design systems for scale rather than one-off fixes, serving as the team's primary technical escalation point for development and integration work beyond standard admin configuration.
Key responsibilities include: instrumenting proactive monitoring and alerting for revenue-critical systems; building a technical debt roadmap with defined burn-down cadence; designing and shipping AI-assisted workflows to scale SysOps velocity and extend into GTM rep-facing capabilities; executing sprint-based admin and configuration work with design rigor; and mentoring junior admins to build technical capability across the team.
You should have shipped production development work including triggers, async Apex, and REST/API integrations, with demonstrated ownership of integration architecture between Salesforce and external systems. You've designed or instrumented production monitoring and alerting, built AI-assisted workflows that scaled beyond personal use, and have experience with Salesforce Sales Engagement. You've identified and burned down technical debt in live production systems and ideally have moved a systems team from reactive to proactive operating maturity.
Preferred qualifications include direct experience with Stripe, Gong, Chili Piper, LeanData, Intercom, and/or HubSpot; a track record of mentoring less senior admins; and familiarity with Service Cloud Voice, Amazon Connect, AWS, Agentforce, or Einstein Conversation Insights.
