You'll join the Engineering team to scale an APEX-first Salesforce platform across multiple countries and business lines. As a Salesforce Developer, you'll design and build scalable solutions powering Customer Support, Success, and Experience ecosystems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement scalable APEX solutions using domain/service/selector patterns, one-trigger-per-object architecture, and governor-safe code
- Develop and enhance Service Cloud capabilities including case management, entitlements, milestones, routing, and automation
- Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for customer and partner self-service
- Implement Digital Engagement capabilities (Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger)
- Build and enhance AI-powered customer service automations integrated with Apex, Flows, and external systems
- Design secure Apex REST APIs, callouts, Platform Events, and async Apex solutions
- Develop Apex services consumed by Lightning Web Components, Experience Cloud, Flows, and AI Agents
- Optimize SOQL/SOSL queries for high-volume Service Cloud data operations
- Create invocable Apex to extend Flows and bot conversations
- Participate in solution design reviews applying Salesforce best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD using Git, SFDX/DevOps Center, and safe deployment strategies
- Support UAT and troubleshoot incidents using logs and debug tools
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, automations, and security controls
- Optimize existing implementations to reduce technical debt
- Contribute to overall Salesforce architecture strategy
Success is measured by features meeting acceptance criteria on first UAT attempt, scalable customer service solutions across channels, improved self-service adoption, reliable conversational AI experiences, zero governor-limit regressions, healthy pull request metrics, and reduced defect rates.
