Kaseya is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support and enhance two Salesforce environments—one using legacy Steelbrick CPQ and another using Salesforce Revenue Cloud. This role combines application support, integrations, quoting and renewals, Agentforce, and production issue resolution.
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining Salesforce orgs across Steelbrick CPQ and Revenue Cloud platforms. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and supporting integrations with Oracle HCM, NetSuite, and Plivo Dialer; supporting Conga and DocuSign document generation and e-signature processes; and managing quoting, renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and Agentforce capabilities.
You will configure and maintain Salesforce CPQ components including Price Rules, Product Rules, Product Bundles, and Discount Schedules. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose production, authentication, integration, and application issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving permanent fixes. You'll work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues within SLAs, build reports and dashboards, perform data corrections and bulk updates using Data Loader, and analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
Additional responsibilities include monitoring potential service disruptions, proactively communicating impact and workarounds, documenting technical solutions and processes for long-term support, and reviewing Apex/custom logic and debug logs to identify dependencies and resolve issues.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience), 4+ years of Salesforce development and application support experience, strong knowledge of Apex, Triggers, Workflow/Automation, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) and Revenue Cloud, and experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise platforms. You should have experience with Conga and DocuSign, strong understanding of quoting, renewals, upsell and cross-sell processes, and excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
Preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud, Agentforce Specialist, or Administrator), experience with Agentforce/Salesforce AI agents, L2/L3 enterprise SaaS application support experience, experience with renewal and subscription management, and experience working with distributed and global teams.
