Delinea is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and maintain systems powering Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Professional Services. You'll work with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Certinia PSA, integrated with NetSuite, Gainsight, Jira Service Management, and the broader enterprise stack.
In this role, you'll develop custom Apex actions and prompt templates for Agentforce, enabling agents to transact against the customer 360. You'll build the API layer using Apex REST services and GraphQL/Connect APIs, implement OAuth 2.0 flows (JWT bearer, client credentials, refresh token rotation), and manage the delivery pipeline using SFDX, source-tracked development, and scratch orgs with automated testing.
You'll collaborate directly with stakeholders, project leads, and product managers to refine requirements, identify risks, and translate business objectives into well-designed solutions. Design decisions are documented and reviewed with the platform lead, including architecture diagrams, API documentation, and runbooks. You're expected to use AI tooling fluently while maintaining full understanding of merged code. Changes deploy through DevOps Center with approval gates, and production issues are diagnosed using logs, debug logs, Event Monitoring, and data.
You'll track development in Azure DevOps and support tickets in Jira Service Management. This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, moving fluidly between development, configuration, troubleshooting, and requirements discussions.
