The GTM Systems team is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer to build scalable solutions across core revenue systems. In this role, you will own delivery of features and enhancements in Apex and declarative automation, working with more senior team members on larger programs. You'll write clean, production-quality code and steadily deepen your expertise across the Salesforce platform. Key responsibilities include: - Building and shipping Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, Lightning components, and configuration - Translating business requirements into reliable, scalable implementations - Collaborating with GTM Systems teammates on larger programs - Investigating and resolving bugs, maintaining system health - Reducing technical debt through clean code and documentation - Contributing to AI-powered processes and tooling - Growing your craft by learning from senior teammates and adopting best practices You bring 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS or enterprise environment. You have strong experience with Apex, Flows, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and declarative configuration. You're comfortable with CI/CD practices, version control, and common Salesforce integration patterns. You hold Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications (or progress toward Platform Developer II). You have experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) and can verify and improve their output. Bonus experience includes AI-native development workflows, Quote-to-Cash lifecycle knowledge, API integrations, additional Salesforce certifications, and prior exposure to Sales, Revenue, or Finance Operations teams. Culture Amp values IRL connection and asks most team members to work from the local Melbourne office an average of 2 days per week.
