This role sits at the intersection of sales enablement, operations, and people development, offering significant growth potential for someone passionate about building training programs that drive measurable results. You will own the end-to-end coordination of sales onboarding, continuous learning tracks, and company-wide training events. Lendbuzz emphasizes a values-driven culture centered on diversity, collaboration, and kindness. The hybrid work environment includes in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays during non-training weeks, with occasional travel for on-site training delivery. The company highlights significant career growth potential for someone who takes ownership and delivers results.
