Salary: EUR 1,574 - 1,967 / monthly
Wolt is a global delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. As a Sales Support Associate based in Birkirkara, Malta, you will serve as a key point of contact for merchant partners, ensuring they receive timely support and can operate smoothly on the Wolt platform.
Your responsibilities will include:
**Merchant Support** – Respond to merchant emails and support tickets with clear, helpful answers, keeping partners informed throughout the resolution process.
**Menu & Assortment Management** – Make accurate updates to restaurant menus and retail product assortments, ensuring catalogues remain current and compliant with Wolt's internal guidelines.
**Issue Resolution** – Troubleshoot merchant, equipment, and operational issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate internal teams and following through on outcomes.
**Sales & Operational Support** – Assist Account Management and Merchant teams with partner requests, administrative tasks, and store updates.
**Quality & Accuracy** – Verify merchant information and menu accuracy, ensuring all partners operate to Wolt standards.
**Process Improvement & Collaboration** – Identify recurring issues, share merchant feedback with internal teams, and contribute to improving the overall partner experience.
You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you manage multiple priorities simultaneously and take ownership of merchant success. **Requirements:**
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
- Fluent in English (Maltese is a plus)
- Experience in onboarding, account management, operations, customer success, or merchant support is considered a plus
- Familiarity with food delivery, marketplaces, or e-commerce environments is considered an advantage
