Salary: USD 95,000 - 105,000 / annual
Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company on a mission to make retirement benefits accessible to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. The company has raised approximately $500 million from top-tier investors including BlackRock, TPG (The Rise Fund), SoftBank, and others, and is building the first full-stack, automated retirement management platform in the industry.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Sales Strategy & Operations team, responsible for leveraging data to drive business optimization and operational excellence. Analytics are central to Human Interest's decision-making process, and you will play a critical role in building and maintaining the company's enterprise-grade data stack.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining datasets, models, and visualizations that support business decision-making
- Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports in Hex, Salesforce, and Google Sheets
- Supporting and improving Salesforce processes and flows to streamline operations
- Collaborating with business partners to identify key metrics, establish improvement targets, and set up perpetual tracking methods
- Working with engineers and product managers to define data tracking requirements
- Conducting deep-dive analyses on various processes to identify optimization opportunities
- Presenting proactive insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data analysis
- Exploring data creatively to uncover impactful business insights

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science
- Expertise in developing and maintaining compelling data visualizations
- Demonstrated ability to present stakeholders with clear, accurate, and impactful recommendations based on data
- Strong ability to connect data insights to business impact
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Hex, including using Hex's AI capabilities
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Salesforce
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Google Sheets or Excel
- Experience with Salesforce process and flow development
- Comfort working with and combining data across multiple data sources
- Proactive and professional communication skills
- Flexibility to pivot between tasks when necessary
- Passion for learning and growing analytical and process improvement skills
- Plus: Experience with database design and administration, SQL, Lean and/or Six Sigma methodology
