AcuityMD is an AI platform that accelerates access to medical technologies by helping MedTech companies understand product usage, customer variation, and opportunities for physicians to better serve patients. The company is backed by Benchmark, Redpoint, ICONIQ Growth, and Ajax Health, and is scaling rapidly as a high-growth AI and Data company. The Sales Operations team exists to make AcuityMD's go-to-market motion predictable by building the data, systems, and plans that guide the commercial organization. This role focuses on compensation design and administration—the mechanism that translates company strategy into organizational incentives. Key Responsibilities: • Compensation Plan Design: Partner with Commercial leadership to design comp plans aligned with strategy, model payout outcomes for proposed plans and SPIFFs with the RevOps leader and CFO, pressure-test designs for administrability and rep comprehension, and support book of business and territory analytics. • Plan Administration: Configure and test plan builds in CaptivateIQ, maintain plan documentation in Notion aligned to live systems, and administer quotas, plan issuance, acknowledgements, and new hire setup. • Commission Execution: Run the monthly commission cycle in CaptivateIQ, reconcile deal, renewal, and roster data, calculate payouts across all plans, and deliver validated files for Finance approval. • Attainment Reporting: Measure ramp and attainment across AE, AM, CSM, SDR, Solutions, and leader populations; own recurring reporting that leadership uses to manage performance. • Commercial Partnership: Act as first responder on payout and data questions from the GTM organization, resolve discrepancies to root cause, administer exceptions such as deal transitions, and equip managers to own their team's review. • Territory Design: Own territory strategy for the commercial org, including modeling scenarios, recommending structural changes as the org grows, and updating segment definitions. The role is based in Boston with full remote flexibility for US-based employees. Expect 4-5 in-person opportunities per year through company/team on-sites and critical project collaboration. If based near the Boston hub, there is no set requirement for office attendance. Requirements: • 3-6 years in sales compensation, commissions administration, or revenue operations at a high-growth SaaS company • Hands-on ownership of an incentive compensation platform; CaptivateIQ strongly preferred, with Xactly, Varicent, Spiff, or Everstage experience translating well • Fluency in plan mechanics: quotas, rates, tiers, accelerators, kickers, draws, splits, and clawbacks • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, and comfort reconciling imperfect data across CRM, CPQ, ERP, and HRIS systems; SQL is a plus • Highly organized and detail-driven, with the judgment to be the last check before money goes out the door • Excellent communication skills; ability to explain calculations to frustrated reps and push back on requests that would compromise data integrity • Comfort with recurring hard deadlines and with AI tools as part of daily workflow • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA
