Docker is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join its Revenue Operations team, supporting the global Sales and GTM organizations with a primary focus on EMEA and APAC regions. This role reports to the Director of Sales Operations and is based in EMEA (remote-first).
You will be responsible for optimizing sales processes and systems to accelerate revenue growth. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining territory and segmentation models; supporting forecasting processes and pipeline inspection using tools like Gong; managing GTM quota and compensation models; assisting in fiscal year planning cycles; and partnering with dedicated operations owners across BDR, SE, TAM, Renewals, and Channel functions.
You will manage the implementation of key projects from conception to release, including scoping requirements, writing business requirement documents, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and the business systems team. You will own the sales technology stack, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency while managing vendor relationships. Additional responsibilities include optimizing the sales process from lead generation through deal closure and renewal; identifying and implementing continuous process improvements; analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities; and cultivating strong relationships with GTM stakeholders.

The company is at the center of how AI agents are redefining software development, providing sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure for trustworthy autonomous workflows.
In your first 30 days, you will complete onboarding, learn Docker's sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and identify areas for system and process improvement. By day 60, you will take ownership of projects, own tools within the tech stack, and build documentation for processes. By day 90, you will have full ownership of key projects and build scalable, repeatable processes.
