As Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling systems and processes for Samsara's go-to-market organization. You'll partner with senior leaders across sales to support Enterprise Account Executives, directly impacting the future of the sales organization as the company grows past $1BN in revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Account Executives to implement strategies that enable the Enterprise Sales team to spend more time in the field
- Refining processes for intaking and prioritizing requests to minimize friction in the sales pipeline
- Identifying pain points for sales representatives and developing solutions to improve their day-to-day effectiveness
- Working across internal departments to drive execution of improvements that increase revenue and profitability
- Managing complex initiatives relating to corporate strategy and long-term goals
- Championing and embedding Samsara's cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as the company scales globally
You should have 6-8 years of experience in Sales Operations or similar growth/operations roles in dynamic environments. Required skills include strong project management of complex, cross-functional initiatives; excellent communication with senior leadership (AVP+); proficiency in Salesforce and the sales technology ecosystem; strong organizational skills and business judgment; experience with Lead to Cash systems and business processes; and excellent critical thinking abilities to understand sales policies at company, team, and individual rep levels.
This is a remote position open to US-based candidates, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area.
