Inspira Education Group is a fast-growing edtech startup democratizing access to high-quality coaching for students pursuing medical, legal, business, and college admissions. The company is backed by leading venture capital firms including Zeev Ventures, Quiet Capital, and Craft Ventures.
You will join the revenue operations team as Sales Operations Lead, partnering closely with existing revenue operations leadership and collaborating across marketing, sales, and student success teams. This is a hands-on role focused on scaling systems and processes as the company grows globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance operational excellence
- Defining, developing, and implementing scalable sales, marketing, and student success support systems and processes
- Understanding operational needs and improving existing workflows through stakeholder engagement
- Managing change communication and educating teams on process and system updates
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity in HubSpot CRM
- Leading attribution infrastructure including UTM tracking, Google Analytics, and ad platform integration
- Integrating platforms such as GTM, GA4, HubSpot, and third-party tools (webinar platforms, Outgrow, etc.)
- Writing and maintaining documentation for operational processes
- Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to facilitate decision-making
- Driving process improvement, adoption, and effectiveness across the sales funnel
- Preparing ad hoc analyses and participating in special projects
The role requires 5 days per week in-office at the NYC headquarters.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in Business, Sales, Success Operations, or similar role
- Proven experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams on strategic initiatives
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in a startup environment with demonstrated ability to work in scaling teams (ideally teams with fewer than 50 employees)
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales and customer success disciplines
- Solid functional understanding of HubSpot CRM with robust experience creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
- Excellent analytical thinking skills with ability to break down ambiguous problems into clear, manageable components
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organizational abilities; project or program management experience is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to escalate issues as necessary
- Commitment to driving actionable outcomes and results
- Ability to balance focus on measurable outcomes with empathy for people, customers, and business
- Flexible team player with proactive approach, high energy, humility, and capacity to work effectively with diverse personalities
