As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll operate at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and revenue growth, partnering closely with Sales leadership to drive data-informed decisions. This role offers high visibility and exposure to critical business initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting (Excel, BI tools) to track sales and revenue performance, analyzing pipeline data to surface trends and inform forecasts
- Support sales operations including weekly calls, CRM documentation, and RFP responses
- Provide day-to-day analytics support to Sales Directors, including demo assistance, deal analytics, and CRM troubleshooting
- Conduct pricing and deal economics analysis to understand margin implications and inform pricing strategy
- Research healthcare industry trends and payer needs, translating findings into actionable insights for Sales, Product, and leadership
- Create executive presentations and sales decks with clear, data-driven narratives
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and GTM teams on strategic analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
You bring 4-5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or sales operations. You're proficient in advanced Excel, with exposure to SQL or BI tools preferred. You have baseline financial acumen (unit economics, margin, pricing, financial reporting) and can synthesize complex data into executive-ready communication. Strong problem-solving, learning agility, and attention to detail are essential. Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field required.
The role is hybrid (3 days/week in office in Pune) with standard hours of 9 hours/day, 5 days/week. You must be able to work U.S. Eastern Time hours. The company offers competitive leave, comprehensive health coverage, equity for all employees, and a growth-focused development environment.
