Salary: USD 55,000 - 68,000 / annual
Tasso is a fast-growing Seattle-based startup delivering at-home diagnostic testing to health systems, clinical research organizations, and academic medical centers. The company pioneered a less-painful blood collection method and has expanded into pharmaceutical clinical trials, anti-doping programs, and hospital systems across the US.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for sales support, reporting to the Director of Sales Operations. Your responsibilities include:
• Process customer and internal order requests with precision, maintaining accuracy across CRM, ERP, and 3PL systems while adhering to established processes and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure customer orders are prioritized and shipped correctly.
• Complete all documents accurately and on time; maintain comprehensive sales records.
• Maintain CRM database with updated customer information and required approvals.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries via phone or email.
• Interact with accounts to obtain missing information, answer questions, and troubleshoot order issues.
• Manage and coordinate sales samples for customers and trade shows.
• Analyze and resolve non-routine business issues using independent judgment.
• Collaborate with system users and business teams to improve CRM processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and data validity.
• Demonstrate behavior consistent with the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on company needs.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree required, OR 3+ years of Customer Service/B2B Sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales support experience.
• Strong CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar systems) — must-have.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
