You will own and evolve the Sales onboarding and enablement programs that help the sales organization ramp faster and perform at a higher level. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy & Operations, you will manage the end-to-end onboarding experience: coordinating cohorts, facilitating training, managing certifications, tracking readiness, and ensuring new hires become customer-ready quickly.
Beyond onboarding, you will design and execute high-impact sales programs across Coram's outbound-heavy sales motion, helping sellers strengthen prospecting, pipeline generation, discovery, demos, qualification, and deal progression. You'll also support the growing channel and partner-led sales motion, ensuring sellers can effectively work with and through partners.
Key responsibilities include: owning the full onboarding lifecycle from pre-boarding through ramp; coordinating frequent cohorts as the sales organization scales; tracking seller readiness and ramp progress with clear visibility for managers; continuously improving programs based on performance data and feedback; building scalable playbooks and certifications; partnering with Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, and top performers to turn field wins into repeatable plays; defining success metrics and measuring program impact on pipeline and revenue; facilitating live training and field enablement; and traveling periodically for onboarding events and field programs.
Success means new hires become productive faster even as cohort frequency increases; managers have clear visibility into rep readiness; sellers consistently execute high-quality outbound prospecting; programs drive measurable improvements in behavior and revenue; best practices scale across the field; and Coram maintains onboarding quality while scaling the sales organization.
