Coder is seeking a Sales Onboarding Program Manager to own the design, execution, and continuous improvement of onboarding and ramp programs for all customer-facing functions: SDRs, Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Field Development Executives.
In this role, you will build comprehensive, multi-audience onboarding curricula that flex across distinct functions with different skill requirements—commercial, technical, and delivery—while maintaining consistent productivity standards. You'll design structured 30/60/90-day ramp timelines with clear milestones, checkpoints, and certification gates tailored to each function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and owning the onboarding curriculum and certification framework across AE, SE, CSM, and FDE roles
- Building structured ramp timelines with clear milestones and certification gates for each function
- Partnering with technical enablement, sales performance, and functional leaders to keep ramp content aligned with product, methodology (e.g., MEDDPIC, deal qualification frameworks), and sales/delivery processes
- Tracking and reporting on ramp metrics—time-to-productivity, certification completion, early performance indicators—and iterating on the program based on data
- Coordinating logistics and scheduling for cohort-based onboarding including live sessions, shadowing, and certification exercises
- Building and maintaining a scalable content and documentation system that evolves with the company and product
- Gathering feedback from new hires and managers to refine the program continuously
- Serving as the primary point of contact for new hires during their ramp period
Coder is the leading platform for AI development infrastructure, enabling enterprises to securely run human and AI-driven development workflows in consistent, governed environments. The company provides self-hosted, agent-ready workspaces that unify developer productivity and platform governance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years in program management, enablement, or L&D, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technical sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to build structured, repeatable programs from scratch—not just run existing ones
- Strong project management instincts: default to milestones, checklists, and metrics rather than ad hoc coordination
- Comfort designing curriculum for both commercial and technical audiences, or willingness to quickly become conversant in technical sales motions
- Excellent written communication skills—you will be creating source material that new hires learn from
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
