ClassPass, part of the Playlist ecosystem, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the UK sales team for partner acquisition and expansion. The role combines field sales leadership with direct selling—you'll manage a team of Field Account Executives while actively engaging with fitness, wellness, and experiential partners to grow ClassPass's network across the UK and Ireland.
You will be embedded in the London market, building deep relationships within the fitness and wellness industry and identifying high-value partnership opportunities. Your responsibilities include coaching and developing your team to consistently hit quota, owning the full sales process from prospecting through partner onboarding, and modeling best practices in the field. You'll use data-driven insights from Salesforce and pipeline analytics to diagnose conversion gaps, refine team strategy, and drive continuous improvement. The role emphasizes a field-first approach—regular in-person outreach, drop-ins, meetings, and industry events—while selectively leveraging inside sales tactics to accelerate momentum.
You'll also partner with the UK & Ireland Country Manager on regional strategy, forecasting, and performance management, maintain accurate Salesforce records for reliable pipeline visibility, and identify opportunities to test and scale new sales initiatives. Approximately 25% travel is expected for partner meetings, market events, and team activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years managing a B2B sales team of 3+ reps with proven coaching ability and consistent quota attainment
- 5+ years overall B2B sales experience, ideally combining field and inside sales
- Demonstrated track record of over-performing on monthly quotas and OKRs, both individually and through team leadership; experience scaling high-performing teams or turning around underperforming ones
- Data-driven sales management approach: ability to move between rep-level analytics and broader market trends to diagnose conversion breakdowns and identify opportunities; use pipeline data to drive coaching and strategy
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite
- Strong territory management skills, including experience prioritizing and allocating patches/accounts to maximize coverage and yield in field-sales environments
- Based in London with willingness to travel across the broader region
- Strong alignment with Playlist core values and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with and/or professional connections within the UK fitness, wellness, or applicable industry (a plus)
