InnovaMat is an educational organization specializing in mathematics learning, operating across 9 countries with over 3,300 schools and 720,000 students. The company provides classroom teaching solutions, teacher training, and student outcome data validated by independent research.
You will lead sales growth for InnovaMat in Northern Italy, building on the company's expansion into the Italian market. Your role combines relationship-building, territory management, and strategic account development.
In your first months, you will deeply understand InnovaMat's product and the Italian education system—how mathematics is taught in classrooms, what school principals seek, and how teachers currently using InnovaMat work. You will then move into active sales: our SDR team generates qualified leads, and you will take those schools through in-person meetings to close agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting with school principals and teachers, delivering clear product demos tailored to each school's needs, and negotiating contracts with individual schools and school networks
- Representing InnovaMat at education conferences, trade shows, and school network meetings across the territory
- Managing your sales pipeline and metrics, supporting implementation at schools you bring on board to ensure the product works effectively in classrooms
- Building the foundation for expanding your role to lead InnovaMat's commercial strategy across Italy as results grow
You are entrepreneurial with a growth mindset—when something doesn't work, you try another approach and seek increasing responsibility. You are curious and learn quickly, diving deep into teaching methodologies and how the school system operates. You set clear goals and enjoy seeing concrete results. You build lasting relationships with teachers and principals based on trust. You care that your work has meaning; education matters to you.
The Italian team is in strong growth, creating continuous opportunities for career development. You will have real impact from day one in a young, enthusiastic, dynamic environment with a culture of ownership, feedback, and learning.
Requirements:
- Native Italian speaker
- Intermediate-level Spanish or English
- Valid driver's license (category B) and willingness to travel throughout the territory
- Experience managing negotiations with multiple stakeholders or working with sales pipelines and CRM systems is a plus but not required
