You will lead a high-performing team of 9 Account Executives, driving revenue growth and team development in a fully remote environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be both a strategic leader and an active contributor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute quarterly and annual sales plans; own your team's quarterly quota and deploy strategies to achieve it.
- Support the sales team with prospect meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Conduct weekly forecast reviews and quarterly progress reviews.
- Manage productivity, opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet/exceed goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Implement process improvements and systems to increase team efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Hire, mentor, and develop Account Executives with a focus on inclusive, servant leadership.
- Coach team members on sales acumen, product positioning, forecasting, and deal execution.
- Provide ongoing feedback and foster a diverse, high-performing team.

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience managing and leading a team of Account Executives, plus prior experience as an Account Executive or similar role in enterprise SaaS.
- Ideally some experience in governance/risk/compliance technology, legaltech, cybersecurity, or similar technical sales environments (not required).
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, and/or Force Management sales methodologies.
- Proven track record building, growing, and leading sales teams, including hiring early-stage talent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage expectations in a 100% remote environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with examples of identifying and responding to internal and external customer needs.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, remote environments and nurture early-career talent.
- Strong relationship-building skills and genuine concern for employee development.
