Convene Hospitality Group (CHG) operates a global portfolio of lifestyle hospitality brands focused on creating places and experiences that bring people together. The company designs, develops, and operates hospitality-driven destinations to host gatherings ranging from small corporate meetings to immersive brand activations. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the Inbound Sales Team in London. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base by identifying and engaging prospective clients and providing personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive revenue through qualification of all inbound opportunities and maintain strong client and agency relationships - Provide daily updates to the Head of Inbound Sales on sales opportunities and pipeline status - Qualify all inbound enquiries and handle them professionally and effectively in line with standard operating procedures - Lead conversion of enquiries for 15 or fewer people for meetings, training, and events—processing bookings through to contract and attending site visits and meet-and-greet opportunities as required - Direct enquiries for 15+ people to the appropriate seller or account owner after qualification - Support team management and wider teams by maintaining accurate CRM records, including funnel notes and clear activity logs - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales colleagues across the group and at venue/operations level - Optimize conversion rates for both new and existing business - Become an expert in all CHG venue locations, including capacities, booking guidelines, and pricing - Ensure 100% accuracy in CRM data entry - Take responsibility for venue/hub administration related to channel management and booking checks (finance, commissions, etc.) - Work from a central office location in London Requirements: - Must currently reside in the UK and be able to work in the UK without sponsorship - Strong organizational and time management skills - Outstanding communication and presentation skills - Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment - Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment - Resilience and willingness to learn from mistakes - Alignment with CHG core values (Genuine, Relentless, Integrity, Teamwork)
